Do you keep attracting the same kind of pain - especially in your closest relationships?

You give so much of yourself. You want to be loved, to feel safe, to be truly seen. But somehow, it keeps happening—the silence, the withdrawal, the abandonment.

Whether it’s a breakup, a betrayal, or a childhood wound that never quite healed, the result is the same: you're left questioning your worth. Wondering if something about you is inherently unlovable and flawed. Trying to fix it, heal it, rise above it—but still feeling stuck in the same loop.

You’re not alone. And you’re not broken.

You’re patterned.

And once you understand that, everything can change.

Hi, I’m Leafy Yan - Brain Repatterning Facilitator

and Educator

I didn’t set out on this path. I began my career as a law graduate, driven by a desire to create fairness and justice in the world. Over time, I shifted into education, exploring how to support people grow, learn, and find meaning. But no matter how outwardly successful I became, I couldn’t ignore what was happening inside.

I struggled with deep feelings of abandonment—patterns that repeated in family, friendships, and even my relationship with myself. Each ending, each loss, triggered the same deep fear: Will I ever feel truly safe with others?

It wasn’t until I found Repatterning that I discovered a new way forward. This powerful, brain-based approach allowed me to break free from the old narratives I didn’t even know I was living. It gave me the tools to move through grief, loss, and

fear—and into a space of deep self-trust, and peace.

Now, as a certified Brain Repatternist on Adele Spraggon’s team, I support others in exploring their patterned responses to disconnection, and in discovering what becomes possible when those patterns are no longer running the show. Together, we work not just on the symptoms, but at the root—so you can finally stop the cycle and live from your innate happiness and wisdom.

This is not mindset work.

This is deep nervous system healing.

Repatterning isn’t about managing your thoughts or trying to “think positively.” It’s about identifying and gently dismantling the unconscious patterns your brain created to protect you—but that now keep you stuck. These are the patterns that tell you:

  • “I’ll always be left and alone.”

  • “If I love too much, I’ll get hurt.”

  • “It’s safer not to need anyone.”

  • “I carry the light for others, but no one ever carries it for me..”

Through Repatterning, we work at the level of the brain to remove these unworkable patterns and replace them with new, present-aligned ones—without needing to rehash your past or force a specific outcome.

Thanks to my own lived experience, I bring not just training—but deep compassion and relatability to this work. I’ve been through breakdowns and breakthroughs. I’ve studied psychology, neuroscience, adult education, and Buddhist philosophy. I’ve spent years in Zen meditation practice, learning to observe the traps and the clarity of the mind. All of this has shaped the way I hold space: with empathy, curiosity, and grounded presence.

What becomes possible when you stop running from the old patterns?

  • You begin to form relationships based on trust, not survival

  • You show up in your life with calm confidence, not hyper-vigilance

  • You allow experience to unfold without needing to control it

  • You stop over-giving or shrinking—and start feeling whole

When your patterns shift, so does your identity.  You shift out of the fear of abandonment and begin creating from self-connection, sovereignty, and choice.

This focus not only aligns with my personal experiences and insights, but also offers a deeply compassionate approach to support others who are navigating similar challenges. This niche area touches on a core human fear—the fear of being left alone or rejected. Such fears can profoundly impact one's sense of self-worth and ability to form healthy relationships.

Through facing major life challenges such as grief, loss, and abandonment, as well as various minor struggles, I've learned that identifying and letting go of unworkable patterns is the key to personal growth. This realization enables me to nurture more optimal patterns that benefit both myself and those around me. One of the most significant breakthroughs I credit to Repatterning is shedding the identity of being a victim, especially in close relationships.

Let’s find out if this path is right for you.

Repatterning is transformative—but it may not be for everyone. It requires a willingness to be curious, to feel discomfort, and to trust your inner guidance. If you’re ready to explore whether this work is a fit for where you are now, I’d love to meet you.

A safe space where you’ll be seen, heard, and supported without pressure or expectation. Let’s see what becomes possible when patterns shift.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Repatterning?

Repatterning is a groundbreaking four-step technique developed by Adele Spraggon, a renowned expert in behavioral change. Unlike traditional methods that focus solely on the software of your brain (the programming), Repatterning goes a step further and targets the hardware (the neural wiring) to create lasting, permanent changes.

In a world where stress, overwhelm, isolation, and worry have become commonplace, Repatterning offers a ray of hope. By harnessing the power within your own brain, this methodology empowers you to take control of your life and experience breakthrough fulfillment, happiness, and success.

Who Can Benefit from Repatterning?

It's for YOU: Because Repatterning goes to work on the neural wiring of your brain, it doesn’t require any pre-requisites. It has been effectively applied all over the globe by those of different backgrounds and different ages. If you’re open to self-reflection and eager to solve life’s challenges, Repatterning is your go-to technique.

It's for Solving Life's Problems: Life presents challenges, but Repatterning equips you to navigate them with ease. By reprogramming your brain, you’ll unravel creative solutions already embedded in your subconscious, leading to a joyous journey through life’s hurdles.

What Makes Repatterning Different?

Many behavior change methodologies provide temporary solutions, leaving you feeling inspired and motivated for a short period before reverting to old patterns. Repatterning, on the other hand, focuses on rewiring the neural pathways in your brain, leading to long-term, sustainable change. You can face any obstacle with resilience and power, equipped with the tools to overcome adversity.

Emotional Mastery: Stay calm, centered, and in control of your emotions, even in high-pressure situations.

Experience Joy: Reduce stress, laugh more, and live in the present moment, free from worries of the past.

Achieve Big Goals: Be motivated, inspired, and confident in your ability to achieve your dreams.

Self-Love & Trust: Develop a deep sense of self-love and trust, empowering you to make confident decisions.
